Community Update

Single family lots in Phase 4 start at $127,500. This phase is situated in the southwest corner of Edgemont Highlands and contains 66 lots. These lots have flat building envelopes and underground utilities to the lot line. Lots on the west edge overlook the west canyon and have views of the town of Durango, Perins Peak, and the La Plata Mountains. The roads have been completed, so stop by to see these great, new lots.
