Phase 4 at Edgemont Highlands Recently Completed

Single family lots in Phase 4 start at $127,500. This phase is situated in the southwest corner of Edgemont Highlands and contains 66 lots. These lots have flat building envelopes and underground utilities to the lot line. Lots on the west edge overlook the west canyon and have views of the town of Durango, Perins Peak, and the La Plata Mountains. The roads have been completed, so stop by to see these great, new lots. The article highlights the pinecone entry sculpture, the concept of Creative Conspiracy as fabricated by metal artist, Dave Claussen. The article also features the environmental art of Mary Ellen Long and the artistic rock entry designed by Linda Robinson and built by Toby Walker and Bonds Construction.
